Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express can block or remove the registration file (.REG file) from email attachments. The following are some possible solutions:
- Visit "Tools | Options | Security" in Outlook, then disable "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened if that could potentially be a virus."
- Resend your ID by visiting http://www.RhinoSoft.com/customer
