Issue: Unable to Add Manually Created SSL Cert in Serv-U.
Cause: The manually created cert was in an unsupported format.
Contact your CA (Certificate Authority) and ask them to send the cert in a supported format.
For example, the customer can request the CA to send the cert in 'x.509' format with a private key. Refer to the KB: Install a RapidSSL SSL Certificate on RhinoSoft Serv-U Server.
