Issue: FTPS clients using automated EDI system are unable to view Serv-U.
Cause: The clients trying to connect with Serv-U using automated process may encounter problems with the TLS/SSL handshake process.
Check if your SSL certificates are configured correctly in Serv-U. Ensure that your FTPS clients have configured their EDI's (or other relevant automation tools) transport layer security protocols in their end. Once the configurations mentioned in step 1 & 2 are correct, FTP Clients can view your Serv-U.
